The Research Group in Industrial Engineering Management and Logistics (IOL) has become recognized as a research group of the UPM in 2005. However, the group carries a long history of research, development, innovation and transfer of research results in the engineering of management. In fact, members of this research group were founders of CEL (Spanish Logistic Center) in the 70's.
